AMP Secures an Additional AUD$20M to Revolutionise eCommerce with AI – Acquires Back In Stock to Drive Growth
Sydney, Australia, 11 March 2025: AMP, the leading eCommerce platform for Shopify merchants, today announced it has secured an additional AUD$20 million in funding to accelerate its AI-powered product development and has acquired Back In Stock, one of the most popular back-in-stock notification apps on the Shopify App Store.
This latest funding round brings AMP’s total capital raised to over AUD$48 million, further cementing its position as the most comprehensive platform for Shopify merchants looking to grow their revenue, understand their customers, and optimise their operations.
The acquisition of Back In Stock, which has helped over 30,000 merchants recover lost sales and re-engage customers, marks another significant step in AMP’s strategy to build an end-to-end suite of high-performance Shopify apps under one roof.
