How does the free trial work?
Every paid plan (S, M, L, XL, XXL) starts with a 14-day free trial. Cancel any time in the first 14 days and you won't be charged. Unlimited does not have a self-service trial — book a demo instead.
What does the Free plan include?
Free is for stores doing up to 50 orders/month and includes Daily P&L, customer behavior analytics, custom reports & dashboards, predictive LTV, benchmarks, product performance insights, and sales forecasting.
Is the Profit Agent on every plan?
The Profit Agent is only included on the S, M, L, XL, XXL, and Unlimited plans.
Will I be charged for AI usage?
Not today. In the future, usage above a monthly allowance will be billed by tokens. We'll give notice well before any change, and per-plan allowances will be published before they apply.
Can I add Amazon data?
Yes. The Amazon Add-On is +$75/mo on top of any paid plan.
Can I switch plans later?

What's the difference between XL and XXL?
XL ($499/mo) goes to 15,000 orders/month with a dedicated account manager. XXL ($749/mo) goes to 25,000 orders/month and adds Platinum support on top of everything in XL.
